It Feels Like a Real Call
The conversational path uses our real-time streaming voice engine rather than the slower record-then-transcribe-then-speak loop. Responses come back in well under a second, and the caller can barge in (interrupt mid-sentence) and the agent stops talking and listens, with small backchannels that keep the exchange feeling human. The call runs in one of nine interfaces, including an iPhone-style dialer with a ringback tone and a clean connected state, and it can be installed as a PWA so a visitor opens it full-screen like a native app.
